Stephanie joined NFM Lending in 2023 with over 25 years of progressive experience in human resources management, twelve as an HR Executive. She is an award-winning HR professional, recognized as a top C-Suite Executive by the Pittsburgh Business Times.

Stephanie is also a Certified Life and Career Coach and a certified professional through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), Society for HR Management (SHRM), and the Human Capital Institute (HCI). She is skilled in HR compliance, corporate strategy, conflict resolution, employee wellness and benefits, and people operations.

She received degrees from Point Park University and is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University Executive Leadership Academy through the Tepper School of Business. At NFM she serves as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership teams, covering the spectrum of business strategy, people management, compliance, risk mitigation, engagement and culture, and oversight of the People and Culture Department.

Stephanie is dedicated to excellence and execution, always aligning and achieving better outcomes. She is also a board director and mentor. In 2025, she will launch her own company, PeopleFirst Coaching & Consulting Solutions, LLC.
